What are the busynest card specifications?
The cards are the standard business card size: 3.5" x 2". They are digitally printed on glossy 14pt cardstock.

How do I order my busynest card?
Fill out your personal information for the front and back of the card. Then fill out your contact information. Once your request has been received, you will be emailed an invoice to process payment through PayPal. You will be billed from our parent company, "zoom in design." Once payment has been made, a busynest designer will get working on your very special card! A busynest card mockup will then be emailed to you in PDF format. You will need to review your information to make sure it is accurate. One mockup will be created and one revision is included. Additional mockups may be requested for an additional $15. Please check & double check to avoid any errors! Once approved by you, your cards will be sent to the printer.

Will the colors come out exactly as I see them on the screen?
Not exactly. Because every monitor is calibrated differently, it is impossible to guarantee 100% color accuracy. Your design will come very close to the shades you see on the screen.

Can I cancel my order?
If your cards have not yet been sent to the printer, we will gladly cancel your order. Since each card is custom made, we cannot refund your order once you approve your mockup. If there are any errors made on our part, we will gladly reprint & resend your order free of charge.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Checks are also accepted by mail, but please note that your order will not begin until your check has been received and cleared.

Do I pay sales tax on my order?
Only California residents pay 7.75% sales tax. All other states are exempt.

How long will it take to receive the cards?
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for design & production. Once shipped, you will be notified and given a UPS Tracking Number.

What are the shipping charges?
The cards are shipped via UPS Ground. Your shipping charges will be calculated to your zip code. You will be able to review these charges when you receive the email invoice.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We do not sell or distribute your personal information to any third party. Your information is solely used to complete your order.

After I purchase cards, do I own the rights to it?
No. All busynest card designs by zoom in design are protected under copyright law.

I would like to order some cards as a gift. What do i do?
Enter your friend's info on top. Place your contact info & the recipient's shipping info on the bottom. Please note in the "Comments" box that this is a gift.
